Team Spartan Are a great MMA Club based in Shropshire, specialsing in MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, and much more.

They Have Adults and Childrens classes running throughout the week, as well as fitness classes.

Leeds Cage is the Largest Martial Arts gym in Yorkshire, close to Headingley and Leeds City Centre with plenty of parking available.
